It’s family tradition. I hate the Yankees. My grandmother hated LeBron James because he wore a Yankees hat. It’s just like that.
I also have strong feelings about Yankee Stadium. It’s very easy to hit home runs there, and I feel like it boosts stats a little more than they should.

I love that Cleveland and New York are the best stealing teams right now.
Overall the series was tense but great. We got good hits. This is the first time we’ve won the series against the Yanks in New York in a long time.

- That was a really good game.
- If José played in the Bronx, his batting average and slugging would be through the roof.
- For as close a game as it was, it didn’t feel as tense as the day before.
- That home run that Ángel couldn’t catch was 100% fan interference though.

- Longest outing for Cecconi, which was nice to see.
- Stuart Fairchild got his first hit for the Guards and it was an RBI single.
- Honestly it wasn’t a bad game, we had some hard hit balls that just had bad luck.
The Yankees stay in the Big Apple and we head down to Texas to fight the Rangers.
